The location was convenient! It was a short walk from Victoria Station, made getting around very easy. The staff were amiable. I thought they were always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, the towels were fresh, and the shower was excellent!!! There were even complimentary toiletries.
The room was quite small. It barely fit a bed and a small desk.

Many eateries and cafes are within walking distance of the hotel. A lovely bistro is located on the corner opposite the hotel entrance, with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I found that very convenient.

My single ensuite room featured a comfortable bed and a compact bathroom with a shower. The room included tea and coffee making facilities, awesome for a quick beverage. I found the provided ceiling fan helped keep the room cool.

The location worked perfectly! It was quite near Victoria Station for travel. The area felt safe and was fairly quiet. I found a nice cafe just around the corner from the hotel. It was great for a quick breakfast. The room had tea and coffee, and plenty of plug points!
The room was a bit small, and the bathroom lacked space for toiletries.

The hotel provided free wifi, reliable throughout my stay. A ceiling fan in the room kept the temperature comfortable. A welcome feature. There was also a TV. I didn't use it much.

Though the hotel doesn't have its own dining options. I found nice cafes and bistros nearby. Victoria Station also has many shops and ATMs. Very convenient for meals and banking. There were many options within walking distance!

The staff were friendly and helpful, freely providing information. They allowed me to drop my bags before check-in, I really appreciated that. I felt welcome, and they made it easy to get around. It was good customer service.

i stayed for three nights. the room was basic, but it had a kettle and tv. the en suite bathroom included a decent shower.
the window blind was broken. anyone walking past could see directly into the room. this made privacy difficult.

The location was really convenient for getting around! I found a lovely cafe just around the corner. The staff were helpful in pointing me to nearby attractions, too.
The room felt a bit cramped. There wasn't much space to move around. The noise from the street was noticeable, even late at night. The stairs were quite narrow. This made it difficult when I was carrying my luggage.
